This year, the 18th World Congress of Food Science and Technology, organized by the global scientific organization International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) explored the theme "Greening the Global Food Supply through Innovation in Food Science and Technology".
The congress had over 2,000 participants, including food scientists, engineers, and food industry professionals from over 55 countries, to provide latest updates regarding current research, development and discovery of food science and technology.
EDERNA was selected by the Congress Scientific Committee to present its innovative process over the session with the theme "Innovation in Food Quality and Processing".
