Open Innovation Forum Food & FMCG Pitching Event • London, UK • November 23
The Open Innovation Forum, organized by the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), part of the University of Cambridge, brings together major global players in the Food, Drink and FMCG sectors from across the whole value chain: from ingredients and materials through Packaging and Process to Brand Owners and Retail.
The Forum has three major purposes: Sharing best practice in Innovation; Exploring major trends and disruptors in the value chain; and Scouting for external solutions to shared Innovation Needs.
The Forum members will be joining Food Matters Live 2016 to “Open” its collaboration to the wider sector communities to Explore opportunities and challenges in delivering Sustainable Food Business and Scout technology and business innovations to meet members’ needs.
A presentation of the innovative evapEOs process was done during the Innovation Pitching Contest held on Wednesday 23 November at Food Matters Live, ExCel, London.
